We bring a story, a room full of characters, and something your group can only get through together. No exercises, no debrief afterward — just a good night that happens to need everyone in it.
A good game hands a group a problem they can only solve together. Everyone knows something different, nobody has the whole picture, and something has to be decided before the night runs out.
The consequences are the part that normally gets in the way. Without them, people will say the thing they’d have kept to themselves in a meeting, take a position, argue for it, and change their mind when somebody makes a better case.
Collaboration isn’t the lesson here. It’s just how you get through the evening.
The worry we hear most is that someone will be made to perform in front of the people they work with. That isn’t how it goes.
Everyone is handed a character and a reason to go and talk to somebody, and it’s often the quietest people who take to it fastest — nobody is being asked to be themselves in front of the room, which was the difficult part all along.
What people tend to remember afterward isn’t the evening’s puzzle. It’s that someone they’d sat beside for two years turned out to be an extraordinary liar.
Everything we run is on the main site, with the details you’ll want in front of you before you put it to whoever signs it off.
